Who is Vet?
Vet is our robot helper. Her name stands for Virtual Eyes on Tails. She walks you through your dog's plan and keeps an eye on the check-ins.
Is this a vet visit?
No. It is a plan builder. We do not examine your dog, and we do not replace your vet. Your vet can tell what is wrong.
What should I do if my dog is in danger?
Call a vet now. Trouble breathing, a collapse, a hard swollen belly, a seizure, bleeding that will not stop, or eating something harmful cannot wait for a website.
How much does it cost?
The match is free. Opening the full plan + solution ticket is $15, and the price is shown before you pay. A later step that connects you to Portal is a separate $8 setup and handling fee, also shown before you pay.
Who can use this?
Adults who are 18 or older. We ask for a birth date first.
What is Portal?
Portal Health AI is the platform that sets up your account after you open a plan. Some plans lead there. You choose whether to go, and you can skip it and sign up by hand.
Can I add more than one dog?
Yes. Each dog gets its own profile, its own plan and its own ticket.
What is a Plan Ticket?
It is a short code for one dog. It opens the next step in your plan. It is good for 30 days.
What do you do with my dog's information?
The plan builder runs in your browser in this preview. Our privacy page will say exactly what is kept, for how long, and how to erase it before launch.
